Please note that we DO NOT do REFUNDS, all sales are final with the exception of exchanges/ or store credit (excluding shipping cost).

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be:

-         Unused

-         Uninstalled

-         In its original packaging

-         Bought directly from us. (If you bought it at an authorized dealer, please contact them).

We will require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the process.

Exchanges will be honoured within 14 days from delivery.

To start your return process, please contact us at info@archetypemfg.com with your order number and reason for return.

All products returned without first contacting us, will be refused.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

Please make sure that you have carefully reviewed your order prior to checkout.

In case of a cancellation request, a full refund will be issued if the order has not been processed or shipped yet.

WARRANTY

Archetype MFG warranties for ONE (1) YEAR for all products that are defective in workmanship, quality, and/ or material*.

The warranty period starts from the date the item(s) was received by the original purchaser or installer.

We will require a receipt or proof of purchase to complete the process and in some cases, a receipt from a certified mechanic.

LIMITED ANODIZING & CHROME FINISH WARRANTY:

Archetype MFG warranties for ONE (1) YEAR, that the anodized or chromed aluminum products will: resist cracking or flaking & resist fading under normal use & care

To start your warranty process, please contact us at info@archetypemfg.com with your order number, the reason for return and pictures if applicable.

*This warranty does not include damage as a result of misuse, abuse, or normal tear*.

We will provide replacement parts at our sole discretion.

Please note that our warranty does not cover airfreight charges, labor expenses, towing expenses, or rental car expenses resulting from installation errors.
